Taste: lush fruity notes with spicy and vanilla accents. All barrels used for the aging process are “of fine structure” and have a low tannin content. Thanks to the special “French Light Toasting” process, the oak aroma can harmonize with the fresh notes. Distilled exclusively by hand in small stills, using a high-precision, non-automated technique to obtain the most aromatic elements of the distillate
